Pay every partner.
Prove every payout.
Nook Pay is the payment and compliance layer for businesses that pay affiliates, creators, vendors and sellers — verified identities, approved amounts only, and a paper trail that holds up when someone reads it.
The parts of payouts a spreadsheet and a bank portal never handle
Sending money is the easy bit. Knowing who you're paying, that the amount was approved, and being able to prove it later is where teams lose weeks.
Verify once, reuse everywhere
Partners complete KYC once — PAN and bank account through Surepass. The same email on another business carries that verification over.
Approved amounts only
Nothing is estimated or paid early. Payouts come only from invoices you've already approved — one source of truth, not two.
Contracts built in
Agreements are issued, signed and stored inside the product, pre‑filled with each party's details — no chasing PDFs over email.
A record of everything
Every verification, approval, payment reference and dispute is timestamped and attributed to whoever took the action.
If you pay people outside your payroll, it's the same problem underneath
Commission payouts tied to conversions your team has already approved — nothing earlier, nothing estimated.
- Approved invoices flow in from Trackier, Apptrove or Affnook, or from your own system
- Affiliates verify once, even when they work with several of your brands
- Every payout carries a reference the affiliate can see for themselves
Pay a roster of individual creators without collecting bank details over DMs and spreadsheets.
- Creators submit PAN and bank details once, verified through Surepass
- Earnings stay locked until KYC and their contract are both complete
- Creators confirm receipt and upload their own tax receipts
Recurring vendor payments with the same verification and audit trail as every other payout you make.
- One verified record per vendor, reused every cycle
- Each payment references the exact invoice it settles
- Every approval and payment is logged and attributed
Disburse to a growing seller base without growing a payout operation alongside it.
- Choose Custodian and send one transfer instead of hundreds
- Or choose Self‑Pay and keep bank transfers in‑house
- A dispute holds a single line — never the whole cycle
Decide how much of the payout we touch
You pick once at setup. Verification, contracts and the audit trail work the same either way.
We collect once, and pay every partner for you
You make one transfer per cycle to CloudStuff Technology. We disburse to each verified partner, record the reference, and close the cycle with a single GST‑compliant debit note.
You pay partners directly. We keep the record.
Nook Pay never touches the money. You see what's owed per invoice, pay from your own account, and add the reference. Partners confirm receipt and attach a tax receipt on their side.
From an approved invoice to a confirmed payout
Bring in approved payouts
Connect Trackier, Apptrove or Affnook in one click, or send approved amounts from your own system. Nook Pay only ever sees what’s already cleared.
Choose your model
Pick Custodian or Self‑Pay once at setup, along with how long partners get to complete KYC — 7, 15 or 30 days.
Partners verify and sign
Each partner completes KYC and accepts their contract. Until both are done, their earnings stay locked.
Pay out
In Custodian, you make one transfer and we disburse to every partner. In Self‑Pay, you pay each invoice directly and add the reference.
Close the loop
Partners see their reference, confirm receipt, and the payment status syncs back to where the invoice started.
One platform, three workspaces
Your team, your partners and the Nook Pay desk each see exactly what they need — and nothing that belongs to someone else.

Built to the letter of Rule 33 — with paperwork to show for it
In Custodian mode, CloudStuff Technology acts purely as your agent. It never marks up a payout, never charges GST on money it passes through, and says so on every document.
Questions people actually ask
Who moves the money. In Custodian, you pay CloudStuff Technology once and we pay each partner for you. In Self‑Pay, you pay partners directly and Nook Pay tracks what’s owed, records your reference, and captures the partner’s confirmation.
No. Verification is tied to the partner’s email address, not to one relationship. Verify once, and it carries over to every business using that same email.
Either side can raise a dispute on the specific line. Disputed lines are held out of the cycle until they’re resolved — everything else keeps moving.
No. Nook Pay works on its own. Those three connect natively if your approvals already live there, but they aren’t required.
Your model is locked once you choose it, so a live payout cycle is never caught halfway between two ways of paying. If you genuinely need to change it, the Nook Pay team can do it for you.
See it run on your own payouts
Bring a partner list and an approved amount. We'll walk through KYC, contracts and a full payout cycle on it — in whichever model fits you.
